Purpose:
The Legal Professions Program is designed to provide students with a unique
and comprehensive educational experience that will prepare them for successful
entry or retention in post-secondary educational programs leading to careers
in the legal professions, such as attorneys or paralegal services, or
in court positions, government services, or law enforcement. Also, a partnership
has been developed with the Jersey City Police and Fire Department. This
program has been in place for the past 24 years. The goal of the program
is to prepare our students to become police officers and fire fighters.
