Purpose:
- NJ Audubon's business with schools is to provide environmental education
programs that nurture an ethic to preserve and/or enhance NJ's natural
and diverse habitats. We do this by providing classroom/schoolyard and
field trip experiences, K-12 We also offer teacher workshops for both
pre-service & in-service teachers.
- Programs with institutions outside the formal education structure
provide field trip, lecture and tour experiences for those interested
in natural science and conservation issues.
