Geographic Area Served: North Jersey
Purpose:
Pre-college program serving 400 7th-12th grade students, East Orange school district and Irvington school district. Three (3) institutions of higher education in Newark (Rutgers-Newark, NJIT, UMDNJ) jointly hold 20 academic year Saturday fun-day sessions and a five-week, five-day summer program on three campuses to prepare the participants to matriculate through middle and high school to college and through to college graduation.
