Purpose:
NJN [Public Television] has teamed with Hunterdon Central Regional High School in cooperation with Rider University to present Tomorrow's Classrooms Today, a ground-breaking, new teacher education series on NJN Public Television. The half-hour programs focus on strategies and applications for using information technology in the classroom that have proved successful at Hunterdon Central. Rider University grants continuing education credit for courses. The partnership is funded by AT&T. The series is designed to help teachers upgrade their skills in information and communication technology. Tapes of the programs are available from NJN Video. The series has also been digitized and is on Hunterdon's Web site.
